Boss Priester

Cementing himself as an artist to watch out for in the years to come is flourishing Dutch producer, DJ, and live performer, Boss Priester. His party-starting, bass driven sound continues to shine bright as he finds himself frequently on the road, and developing collaborations with labels and artists that have inspired his journey in years gone by. Priester’s sound leans into the realms of slick house, and pacey garage energy, but never shies away from experimenting with other textures from a more minimalistic point of view. Due to this organic blend of sounds and his tight productions Boss quickly gained the attention and respect of his peers, and now begins to shine beyond that, exposing himself to an ever growing audience.

An undying flame to discover and create new music lives deep within Boss. The combination of the fascination with dance-floor obscurities and his immersive studies in electronic music means Boss is able to bring a full and colourful sound when in the studio, and booth. It is exactly the above that earned him the call up from integral labels such as Alec Falconer’s Ba Dum Tish, Locus, and What NXT, amongst several others along the way. He looks to expand on his already solid catalogue with further hardware focused output in the months to come on a variety of established labels.

From a performance perspective Boss taken his refined flavoured record bag, and live gear to booths across Europe, most notably Netherlands hotspots such as LOFI, and Thuishaven, 93 Feet East in London, Berlin clubs such as Sisyphos and Renate, and a stream directly from Speedy J’s Stoor Studio of a live performance. Teeing up him perfectly for the busy months ahead.

Whilst on the ground as a dedicated artist, Boss manages to find the balance to consistently develop his sound, avoiding following trends, allowing his workflows to meander, never shying away from testing himself and trying new things. Priester’s determination and passion never lets up, and he will continue to present a distinct sound, and innovative vibe for years to come.
